Research progress of compassion fatigue in pediatric nurses

In this paper，we summarized the concept，composition and manifestation of compassion fatigue. In addition，the assessment tools of compassion fatigue，the incidence of compassion fatigue and its impact on pediatric nurses were introduced. Intervention measures for compassion fatigue in pediatric nurses were proposed from the individual and organizational levels，aiming at drawing pediatric nurses’ attention to compassion fatigue and providing reference for further related studies.
