目的 系统评价中文版2型糖尿病患者自我管理评估工具的测量属性及研究的方法学质量，为医护人员选择更合适的评估工具提供参考。 方法 计算机检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane和CINAHL数据库中发表的有关中文版2型糖尿病患者自我管理评估工具测量属性的研究，检索年限为建库至2022年3月28日，由2名研究者按照纳入排除标准独立进行文献筛选和资料提取。同时采用基于共识的健康测量工具遴选标准（COSMIN）对纳入评估工具进行评价，最终形成推荐意见。 结果 共纳入12项研究，包含12个中文版2型糖尿病患者自我管理评估工具，均未报告工具的测量误差、跨文化效度及反应度。最终8个评估工具为B类推荐，4个评估工具为C类推荐。 结论 相比之下，糖尿病自我管理量表简化版的方法学及测量属性相对质量良好、评价内容适当，可暂被推荐使用，但仍需更多高质量的研究对其他测量属性进一步验证以支撑研究结论。

Objective To evaluate the quality of psychometric properties and methodological quality of the Chinese version of self-management assessment tools for patients with type 2 diabetes，so as to provide reference for medical staff to select appropriate tools. Methods We searched databases including CNKI，VIP，Wanfang，CBM，PubMed，Embase，Web of Science，the Cochrane Library，CINAHL to collect studies about assessment tools that measure type 2 diabetes patients’ self-management from the time of database establishment to March 28，2022. Two reviewers independently screened literatures，and extracted data of included studies. Consensus-based Standards for the selection of health Measurement Instruments（COSMIN） guideline was used to evaluate the quality of tools. Finally，we recommended the tools. Results A total of 12 studies were included，including 12 Chinese version self-management assessment tools for patients with type 2 diabetes. None of them reported the measurement error，cross-cultural validity or responsiveness. Finally，eight evaluation tools were recommended as Category B，and four evaluation tools were recommended as Category C. Conclusion Diabetes Self-Management Instrument Short Form’s methodological and measurement properties quality is appropriate，which can be recommended. Meanwhile more high-quality research is still needed to further verify other measurement attributes to support the conclusion.
