Application progress of rapid cycle deliberate practice in nurse professional skills training

Rapid cycle deliberate practice is a type of training method based on simulation exercises，which can improve trainees’ memory abilities of knowledge and key points of skills in a short period of time，which is conducive to the maintenance of long-term training effects. This paper summarized the concept，content，implementation principles，effect evaluation and limitations of rapid cycle deliberate practice，providing reference for improving the inservice training program of nurses and improving and maintaining the training effect in the future.
