目的 检索、评价和总结肠造口患者造口坏死预防与护理的相关证据，为临床提供循证依据。 方法 检索UpToDate、JBI、PubMed、知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方等中英文数据库中与肠造口坏死预防与护理相关的临床决策、指南、专家共识、证据总结、推荐实践、系统评价。检索时限为建库至2022年1月。由2名研究者对文献质量进行评价和证据提取、汇总，并对纳入文献评定证据级别。结果 共纳入9篇文献，包含指南4篇，临床决策1篇，证据总结1篇，推荐实践1篇，系统评价2篇。总结了17条最佳证据，包括围术期评估、造口位置标记、肠造口坏死处理、健康教育4个方面。 结论 该研究针对肠造口患者造口坏死的预防与护理进行证据总结，可为临床造口护士防治肠造口坏死制订护理管理方案提供最佳证据。

Objective To retrieve，evaluate and summarize the relevant evidence of prevention and care of stoma necrosis in patients with enterostomy，so as to provide evidence-based basis for clinical nursing practice. Methods Relevant clinical decision-making，guidelines，expert consensus，summary of evidence，recommended practices，and systematic review related to the prevention and care of enterostomy necrosis in the Chinese and English databases were retrieved including UpToDate，JBI，PubMed，CNKI，SinoMed，Wanfang，etc.. The retrieval time limit was set from establishment of the database to January，2022. Two researchers have evaluated，extracted and summarized the literature，and assessed the level of evidence. Results A total of nine literatures were included，including four guidelines，one clinical decision，one evidence summary，one recommended practice and two systematic reviews. Through analysis，17 best evidences were identified，including assessment，colostomy site marking，enterostomy necrosis nursing and health education. Conclusion This study summarized the evidence for the prevention and care of enterostomy necrosis，and provided the best evidence for clinical stoma nurses to formulate nursing management plan for the prevention and treatment of enterostomy necrosis.
