为贯彻落实教育部《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》，围绕落实立德树人的根本任务，加强高校课程思政建设，该文以护理人文关怀课程思政设计与实践为切入点，充分挖掘课程中所蕴含的思政要素，探索专业与人文并蓄的课内外思政多元化教学方法，以期为护理专业课程思政的探索与创新提供参考。

The design and practice of nursing education aimed to implement the Ministry of Education’s Guideline of the Ideological and Political Curriculum Construction in Higher Education Institutions. The courses should strengthen the construction of the ideological and political theory education in colleges and universities by implementing the fundamental task of educating people with moral values. This paper took the design and practice of the ideological and political theory education for Nursing Humanistic Care course as the example. We fully exploited the elements contained in the course，and explored the diversified teaching methods of the ideological and political theory education both inside and outside the classroom. Hopefully references for the exploration and innovation of the ideological and political education of the nursing profession can be provided through our practice.
