Nurses’ Hospice Knowledge Scale：development，reliability and validity
目的 编制护士安宁疗护知识量表并检验其信效度。 方法 通过文献回顾法、专家访谈法和德尔菲法形成量表初稿。采取整群抽样法选取沈阳市三级甲等医院肿瘤病房、ICU及安宁疗护专科病房中的335名护士进行调查，评价护士安宁疗护知识量表的内在一致性和结构效度，并选择8名专家进行内容效度评价。 结果 最终版护士安宁疗护知识量表共包括7个维度，34个条目。总量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.947，内容效度指数为0.92，探索性因子分析共提取出7个公因子，累计方差贡献率为85.04%。 结论 护士安宁疗护知识量表具有较好的信效度，可用于衡量护士的安宁疗护知识水平。

Objective To develop the Nurses’ Hospice Knowledge Scale and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The scale was developed through literature review，experts consultation and Delphi method. The cluster sampling was adopted to recruit 335 nurses in tumor ward，ICU and hospice care specialized ward of Shenyang hospital. Eight experts were invited to evaluate the content validity of the scale. Results The Nurses’ Hospice Knowledge Scale had 7 dimensions and 34 items. The Cronbach’s α of the total table was 0.947，and the content validity index was 0.92. A total of 7 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis，and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 85.04%. Conclusion The Nurses’ Hospice Knowledge Scale has good reliability and validity and can be used to measure nurses’ hospice knowledge level.
