摘要

该研究采取专家咨询法明确同质化老年综合评估项目与工具，确定同质化评估标准，并形成健康促进建议池，最终基于老年人能力评估与老年综合征评估搭建科学、专业、实用、便捷的老年人同质化综合评估智能平台并进行应用。自2021年6月—12月，已有7所单位签约使用该平台，注册评估师共144名，完成评估1 284人次，用户满意度高。该平台统一了评估工具，规范了评估流程，保证了评估质量，有利于进一步推动我国老年综合评估的开展，值得推广使用。

Abstract

The expert consultation was adopted to identify the homogenous comprehensive assessment items and tools for the older adults，to determine the homogenous assessment criteria，and to form a health promotion suggestions pool. A scientific，professional，practical and convenient intelligent platform for the homogenous comprehensive assessment of the older adults was finally established and applied. A total of 7 institutions signed up to use the platform from June to December 2021. A total of 144 registered appraisers completed 1，284 evaluations，with a high user satisfaction. The platform unified assessment tools，standardized the assessment process，and ensured assessment quality. This platform is conducive to further promote the comprehensive geriatric assessment in China. The platform is worthy of promotion.
