Design and application of a handbook tool for nursing interns
目的 探讨护理实习生记事本的使用对提高学生时间管理能力的影响。 方法 采用整群抽样法,从2020级护理专业100名实习生中选取50名学生作为对照组,采用传统教学法;50名学生作为试验组,在传统教学的基础上应用护理实习生记事本。干预前、干预3个月后采用青少年时间管理倾向量表进行测评。 结果 干预3个月后,试验组学生时间管理倾向总分及时间监控观、时间效能感维度得分高于干预前(P<0.05),时间价值感维度得分与干预前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组学生时间管理倾向总分及各维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 护理实习生记事本可有效提高护理实习生时间管理能力。

Objective To explore the effects of a handbook tool on the time management ability of nursing interns. Methods Nursing interns were recruited by the cluster sampling method. Fifty students of grade 2020 were assigned to the control group and traditional teaching method was used in this group. Another 50 students were assigned to the experimental group. On the basis of traditional teaching,the handbook tool was used. The Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale was used before the intervention and 3 months after the intervention. Results After the intervention,the total score of time management tendency,time monitoring view and time efficacy dimension of students in the experimental group were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),while the score of time value dimension had no change(P>0.05). After the intervention,the scores of the total scale and each dimension in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The handbook tool can effectively improve the time management ability of nursing interns.
