目的 了解护理本科生照顾临终患者的态度及其影响因素，为护理教育者制订临终关怀教育策略提供依据。方法 采用一般情况调查问卷和照顾临终患者态度量表，对福建省某高校4个年级324名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果 护理本科生照顾临终患者态度总分为（110.90±17.14）分。 性别、宗教信仰、培训情况、籍贯能解释照顾临终患者态度总变异的30.6%。 结论 护理本科生对照顾临终患者持较为积极的态度，性别、宗教信仰、培训情况、籍贯是学生照顾临终患者态度的影响因素。 护理教育者应结合学生自身情况提供相应临终关怀培训机会，进一步改善其照顾临终患者的态度。

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of attitude toward caring for dying patients in undergraduate nursing students，so as to provide evidence for the design of hospice care program. Methods Totally 324 undergraduate nursing students in a university in Fujian province were investigated with a self-designed general information questionnaire and the Frommelt Attitude Toward Care of Dying（FATCOD）. Results The total score of attitude toward caring for dying patients in undergraduate nursing students was（110.90±17.14）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender，religion belief，hospice care training，place of birth could explain the total variance of 30.6% for taking care of dying patients. Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students show positive attitude toward caring for dying patients. Gender，religion belief，hospice care training and place of birth are influencing factors of attitude toward caring for dying patients. Nursing educators should provide nursing students with hospice care education in order to improve their attitude toward caring for dying patients.
