目的 检索并获取糖尿病足患者运动干预的相关证据,并对证据进行总结。方法 计算机检索JBI循证卫生保健中心数据库、UpToDate、BMJ Best Practice、Cochrane图书馆、国际糖尿病足工作组网站、国际糖尿病联盟网站、英国国家医疗保健优化研究所网站、PubMed数据库、荷兰医学文摘数据库、中国指南网、中国知网、万方知识数据服务平台和中国生物医学数据库中糖尿病足患者运动干预的相关文献,检索时限为建库至2021年7月。由2名研究员对纳入的文献进行独立评价,提取符合质量标准的文献。结果 本研究最终纳入10篇文献,其中指南4篇,专家共识2篇,系统评价2篇,随机对照试验2篇。从糖尿病足患者运动的必要性和有效性、注意事项、质量控制、禁忌证、运动方式、运动时间6个方面汇总21条最佳证据。结论 该研究总结了糖尿病足患者运动干预的最佳证据,可为管理决策者及决策施行者提供管理糖尿病足患者运动的循证依据。医务工作者在实践过程中应结合临床具体情况,充分评估其促进因素和阻碍因素,以保证证据能更好地应用于临床,服务患者。

Objective To search and obtain the evidence on exercise therapy of diabetic foot,and to summarize the best available evidence. Methods The databases of JBI,UpToDate,BMJ Best Practice,the Cochrane Library,International Working Group on the Diabetic Foot,International Diabetes Federation,NICE,PubMed,Embase,China Guide Network,CNKI,Wanfang Date,and SinoMed were searched from their inception to July 2021. Two researchers independently assessed the quality of the literature and extracted data. Results A total of 10 papers were selected,including 4 guidelines,2 expert consensus statements,2 systematic reviews and 2 randomized controlled trails. Totally 21 pieces of best evidence were summarized from 6 aspects：necessity and effectiveness,points for attention,quality control,contraindication,exercise mode and exercise time. Conclusion This study summarized best evidence on exercise therapy in patients with diabetic foot and provide decision-makers and visitors with evidence-based management of patients with diabetic foot movement. Medical workers should combine the practice process with clinical situation,fully evaluate the promotors and obstacles to ensure the evidence can be applied to clinical settings.
