该文总结了上海健康医学院组建标准化病人培训师团队,招募、培养、考核标准化病人,在护理教学中的应用标准化病人等方面的经验和成果,并对标准化病人培养及应用进行了分析与思考,以期为人文素养与实践能力并行,并重的护理专业教学模式改革提供参考,助力护理专业人才培养。

This paper summarized the experience and achievements in the application and research of standardized patients（SP） in Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences from the following aspects：build SP trainer team,recruitment,training and assessment of SP,and the application of SP in nursing. Besides,analysis and reflection on the advantages and disadvantages of SP training and application were also reported. We aimed to provide reference for the teaching reform of nursing with equal emphasis on humanistic and practical ability,and to improve the training quality of nursing professionals.
