目的 探讨心理干预对鼻咽癌患者T淋巴细胞功能的影响。 方法 对117例鼻咽癌患者有计划地进行5次的团体心理干预。 在干预前后，用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对患者进行问卷调查，并采集患者血样测量T淋巴细胞功能。 结果 干预后，患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于干预前，患者CD3+的T淋巴细胞比例、CD4+的T淋巴细胞比例、 CD56+的T淋巴细胞比例高于干预前，而CD8+的T淋巴细胞比例低于干预前，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。 结论团体心理干预能有效减轻鼻咽癌患者焦虑和抑郁状况，提高患者免疫力。

Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological intervention on T lymphocyte functions in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）. Methods Totally 117 patients with NPC received five-session group psychological intervention. Patients were investigated using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） before and after intervention. Moreover，patients’ blood samplings were collected to measure T lymphocyte fu nctions before and after intervention. Results After the intervention, patients’ SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than baseline（P<0.01）. The percentages of CD3+，CD4+，CD56+ T lymphocyte were significantly higher than baseline（P<0.01），while the percentage of CD8+ of T lymphocyte was significantly lower than baseline（P<0.01）. Conclusion Group psychological intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with NPC, and improve the patients’ immunity.
