摘要

目的 探讨感知控制在中老年慢性病病人健康素养和健康赋权间的中介作用。方法 采用便利抽样,选取延吉市某社区卫生服务中心454例中老年慢性病病人为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、慢性病赋能量表、慢性病病人健康素养量表和健康相关控制感量表实施调查。 结果 研究对象的健康赋权得分为（120.56±17.01）分,健康素养对健康赋权的效应中有28.9%是通过感知控制的中介效应起作用的。结论 中老年慢性病病人的健康素养可直接影响其健康赋权,也可以通过感知控制影响健康赋权。

Abstract

Objective To explore the role of perceived control between the health literacy and health empowerment in middle-aged and older patients with chronic diseases. Methods A total of 454 middle-aged and older patients with chronic diseases in Yanji were recruited by convenience sampling. The general information questionnaire,the chronic patient empowerment scale,the chronic patient health literacy and health-related control feeling scale were used. Results The average score of health empowerment was 120.56±17.01,and 28.9% of the effects of health literacy on health empowerment were mediated by the perceptual control. Conclusion Health literacy can directly affect the health empowerment of middle-aged and older patients with chronic diseases. Perceived control mediates the positive effects of health literacy and health empowerment.
