Research progress on game education in advance care planning for end-of-life patients

摘要

预立医疗照护计划是个体在意识清楚并具有行为决策能力时,理解和分享他们的个人价值观、生活目标和未来医疗照护偏好的过程。其目标在于帮助患者获得符合个人价值观、目标和照护偏好的医疗服务。该文对游戏教育在终末期患者预立医疗照护计划中的干预内容、干预工具、干预步骤及注意事项进行综述,以期为医护人员制订预立医疗照护计划的实施策略及开展相关研究提供借鉴。

Abstract

Advance care planning is a process that supports individuals in understanding and sharing their personal values,life goals,and preferences regarding future medical care when they are conscious and have the ability to make behavioral decisions. The goal of advance care planning is to help ensure that people receive medical care that is consistent with their values,goals and preferences when conditions get worse. This article summarized the contents,tools,steps,and precautions of game education in advance care planning for the end-of-life patients,so as to provide reference for doctors and nurses to formulate the implementation strategies of advance care planning and carry out related researches.
