我国医院护理信息系统相关研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of relevant literature on hospital nursing information system in China
目的 分析我国医院护理信息系统相关研究热点,了解该领域的研究现状和发展趋势,为护理信息系统在我国的应用和研究提供参考。方法 系统检索并筛选中国知网、万方、维普以及中国生物医学文献数据库中收录的护理信息系统相关文献,限定检索时间为建库至2020年12月。采用COOC、Bicomb 2.0软件进行文献计量学分析,通过SPSS 25.0软件生成高频关键词聚类树状图。 结果 共纳入文献1 492篇,获得高频关键词35个,共词聚类分析得到4个研究热点,分别为重症监护室专科护理信息系统的构建和应用,医院护理知识库和决策支持系统的构建和应用,护理信息系统在护理安全和不良事件管理中的应用研究,护理人员对移动护理信息系统的效果评价、满意度及使用影响因素研究。 结论 医院护理信息系统相关研究内容呈多元化,未来我国需要建设适合于本国国情的标准化护理术语,构建相关的理论模型、评价体系来支持和指导标准化、便捷化护理信息系统的建设。

Objective To analyze the research hotspots of nursing information system in China and to understand the research status and development trend in this field. Methods The relevant literatures of nursing information system included in CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP and CBM database were systematically searched and screened,and the retrieval time was limited from the establishment of database to December 2020. COOC and Bicomb 2.0 software were used for bibliometric analysis,and SPSS 25.0 software was used to generate high frequency keyword clustering analysis tree graph. Results A total of 1 492 relevant references were included,and 35 high frequency keywords were obtained. Four research hotspots were obtained by co-word clustering analysis:the construction and application of specialized nursing information system in intensive care unit,the construction and application of hospital nursing knowledge base and decision support system,the application of nursing information system in nursing safety and adverse event management,and the effect evaluation and satisfaction of mobile nursing information system and factors influencing system use. Conclusion The research contents of nursing information system are widely diversified. In the future,we need to build standardized nursing terminology suitable for our own national conditions,and build related theoretical models and evaluation systems to support and guide the construction of standardized and convenient nursing information system.
