探讨“1+X”证书制度下高职院校护理专业老年护理方向教学改革举措的实施效果。在培养护理专业老年护理方向学生过程中,通过建立线上教学资源库,制订融入学历教育方案,编写“1+X”创新融合教材,调整课程设置,优化师资,发展实践基地,采用校企双元共享共育的方法,有机融合“1+X”老年照护和“1+X”失智老年人照护,形成一体化教学,从而培养出“一专多能”的复合型老年护理技术技能人才,为“1+X”证书制度下高职护理专业老年护理方向教学改革提供借鉴。

To explore the effects of teaching reform of the nursing specialty in geriatric nursing in higher vocational colleges under the “1+X” certificate system. During the process of students training several measures were taken to ensure the talents cultivation. These measures included establishing online teaching resource database,developing integrated academic education program,developing “1+X” innovative integrated teaching materials,adjusting curriculum,optimizing teacher team,developing practice bases,and dual sharing between school and enterprises. The integration of “1+X” care for older adults and “1+X” care for the older adults with dementia can form an integrated teaching which can cultivate more talents for the society. The study can provide a reference for development of nursing specialty in geriatric nursing in the higher vocational colleges under the “1+X” certificate system.
