失智症患者照护专病护士培训体系的构建

目的 初步构建我国失智症患者照护专病护士培训体系。方法 成立研究小组,采用文献内容分析法和专家会议法拟定失智症患者照护专病护士培训体系专家咨询问卷,运用德尔菲法对失智症照护相关领域18名专家进行2轮专家咨询,确定失智症患者照护专病护士培训体系。结果 2轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数均为0.84,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.125和0.148,第2轮专家函询变异系数为0.05~0.21,共有11名专家提出意见,最终确立包含培训对象、培训内容、培训方法、培训团队和培训考核的失智症患者照护专病护士培训体系。 结论 本研究构建的失智症患者照护专病护士培训体系具有可靠性与科学性,可为我国开展失智症照护专病护士培训提供借鉴。

Objective To develop a training system for nurses specialized in dementia care. Methods A research group was established. The expert consultation questionnaire on the training system was developed by literature content analysis and expert meeting. The Delphi method was used to conduct two-rounds expert consultation in 18 experts in dementia care and the training system was then determined. Results The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%. The expert authority coefficient was 0.84 and the Kendall’s W coefficients were 0.125 and 0.148 respectively. The coefficient of variation of the second round of expert consultation was 0.05~0.21. A total of 11 experts proposed their suggestions. Finally,the training system included training objectives,contents,training methods,training teachers and training assessment. Conclusion The training system for nurses specialized in dementia care in this study is reliable and scientific. It can provide reference for the training of nurses specialized in dementia care in China.
