The association between health literacy and self-management of arteriovenous fistula for young and middle-aged patients with maintenance hemodialysis
目的 分析中青年维持性血液透析患者健康素养和自体动静脉内瘘自我管理现状,并探讨二者之间的相关性。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2020年11月—12月选取郑州市某2所三级甲等医院血液净化中心的188例中青年维持性血液透析患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、维持性血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘自我管理量表、慢性病患者健康素养量表进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果 患者健康素养得分为（108.37±10.84）分,自体动静脉内瘘自我管理得分为（101.68±12.03）分,患者健康素养与自体动静脉内瘘自我管理得分呈中度正相关（r=0.474,P<0.001）。结论 中青年血液透析患者健康素养与自体动静脉内瘘自我管理状况良好,且二者具有相关性,提示医务人员可以通过提高患者的健康素养,加强其对动静脉内瘘的自我管理。

Objective To investigate the status and correlation of self-management of arteriovenous fistula and health literacy for young and middle-aged patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 188 young and middle-aged patients with maintenance hemodialysis from two tertiary hospitals in Zhengzhou were investigated by using general information questionnaire,Self-management Scale of Arteriovenous Fistula in Maintenance Hemodia-lysis Patients,and Health Literacy Management Scale. Results The mean total score of health literacy was （108.37±10.84）. The mean total score of self-management of arteriovenous fistula was（101.68±12.03）. The health literacy and self-management of arteriovenous fistula showed a positive correlation（r=0.474,P<0.001）. Conclusion The health literacy of young and middle-aged hemodialysis patients and the self-management of arteriovenous fistula are in good condition, and they are related. Suggesting that medical staff can strengthen self-management of arteriovenous fistula by improving patients’ health literacy,and adopt individualized management.
