为了搭建证据到实践的桥梁,为实践者提供更为集中的证据,对原始研究进行系统评价、对系统评价进行再评价、证据总结等不同类型的证据整合研究逐渐出现。文献检索是证据整合研究的必要步骤,也是决定各类型证据整合研究质量的关键环节。针对目前在证据整合研究中文献检索环节存在的检索策略不透明、检索资源单一、检索词不当等问题,该文结合实例,从明确检索的文献类型,选择全面、恰当的检索资源,确定恰当的检索词,呈现透明的检索策略四个方面,提出在不同类型证据整合研究中制订和表述文献检索策略时应注意的问题,为提升证据整合研究的质量提供思路和借鉴。

To build a bridge between evidence and practice and provide practitioners with more concentrated evidence,different types of evidence synthesis researches such as systematic reviews,overview of systematic reviews and evidence summary have gradually emerged. Search strategy is not only a necessary step but also one of the key quality indicators in evidence synthesis researches. Problems in search strategy are common including untransparent search strategy,single search resources,and inappropriate search terms. This paper used examples from four aspects including identifying the types of literature,choosing comprehensive and appropriate search resources,determining appropriate search terms,and presenting transparent search strategies to provide references for improving the quality of evidence.
