摘要

目的 了解妊娠期护理领域近10年来的研究热点、研究现状和发展趋势。方法 通过Web of Science数据库检索2010年1月—2020年9月妊娠期护理英文文献,对收集到的英文文献的年度发文量、国家发文量、作者关键词共现、文献共被引分析的数据进行可视化分析。结果 共检索到1 653篇妊娠期护理相关文献。在妊娠期护理领域,研究热点集中在妊娠结局、孕期肥胖、围产期焦虑、青少年妊娠。 结论 近10年,妊娠期护理处于迅速发展阶段,护理工作者应结合研究热点制订出相应的护理策略,为提升妊娠期患者护理质量提供借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To explore the global research hotspots,research status and development trends in the field of pregnancy nursing in the past 10 years. Methods Through the Web of Science database,English literatures on nursing were retrieved during pregnancy during the period from January,2010 to September 2020. The data collected from the annual publication volume of the English literature,publication of countries,co-occurrence of author keywords,and co-citation analysis of the literature were visualized. Research hotspots were also analyzed. Results A total of 1 653 studies on nursing care during pregnancy were retrieved. In the field of pregnancy care,research focuses on pregnancy outcome,obesity during pregnancy,perinatal anxiety,adolescent pregnancy. Conclusion In the past ten years,pregnancy care is in a rapid development stage. Nurses should work out corresponding nursing strategies based on research hotspots to provide reference for improving the quality of nursing care of pregnant patients.
