The correlation between positive aspects and care ability of family caregivers of children with enterostomy
目的 了解肠造口患儿家庭照顾者积极感受及照护能力的现状,并探讨二者之间的关系。方法 采用便利抽样法,纳入符合条件的110名肠造口患儿的家庭照顾者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、照顾者积极感受量表、肠造口患儿家庭照顾者照护能力量表进行调查。 结果 肠造口患儿家庭照顾者积极感受总分为（28.34±4.94）分,照护能力总分为（116.86±11.10）分,两者之间呈正相关关系（r=0.628,P<0.01）。 结论 肠造口患儿家庭照顾者积极感受和照护能力均处于中等水平,且两者密切相关。护理人员应关注照顾者的照顾感受,提高照顾者的照护能力,改善患儿的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the correlation between positive aspects and care ability of family caregivers of children with enterostomy. Methods By convenience sampling method,a total of 110 family caregivers of children with enterostomy were involved in the study. The general information questionnaire,Positive Aspects of Caregiving Scale and Nursing Ability Scale were used for the survey. Results The total scores of positive aspects and caring ability of the caregivers of enterostomy children were（28.34±4.94）and（116.86±11.10）,respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between the two factors（r=0.628,P<0.01）. Conclusion The positive aspect and care ability of the family caregivers of children with enterostomy were at the medium level. The positive aspects are closely related to the care ability. The nurses should focus on the caregivers’ feelings,increase the caregivers’ ability,and improve the quality of life of children.
