为全面振兴护理学本科教育,提高人才培养能力,天津医科大学护理学院积极探索护理本科教育培养模式,于2019年获批国家级一流本科专业建设点。该文重点阐述了天津医科大学护理学院在一流专业建设过程中的建设理念与基本原则、师资队伍建设、培养方案改革与课程建设,提出建设过程中的建设要点,并指出未来建设的着力点与主要方向,供同行借鉴。

For a comprehensive revitalization of nursing undergraduate education and improve the ability of training,Tianjin Medical University School of Nursing actively explored nursing undergraduate education. In 2019,the school was approved to be one of the national first-class undergraduate specialty construction settings. This paper showed the Tianjin Medical University School of Nursing construction idea and principle in the process of construction,the construction of teachers team,training scheme reform and curriculum construction. Key points were proposed. Besides,the focus and main direction for future construction was also mentioned.
