作为首批国家级一流本科专业建设点,中山大学护理学院以“一贯通”“二全”“三早”“四结合”“五融合”的人才培养体系为抓手,在学科建设和本科专业建设协同发展方面所做的一些探索和实践,全面推进了一流本科护理学专业的建设。具体举措包括“课程思政”全覆盖,落实立德树人根本任务;用一流的师资培养优秀本科护理人才;注重本科教学与科研、社会服务相互转化融合;构建多学科交叉渗透的本科课程体系;促进本科生与研究生培养的衔接与融合;重视教育国际化与学生综合素质的培养。

As one of the national first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites,School of Nursing of Sun Yat-Sen University focused on the talent training system of “one through”“two entire”“three early”“four combined”“five integrated” and has made some explorations and practices in the combination of discipline development and undergraduate specialty construction to promote the first-class undergraduate specialty construction. The specific measures included：strengthening moral education and cultivating students by full coverage of course ideological and political education,training excellent undergraduate nursing talents with first-class teachers,paying attention to the mutual transformation and integration of teaching,scientific research and social service,constructing interdisciplinary undergraduate courses system,promoting the convergence and integration of undergraduate and graduate students cultivation,and attaching importance to the education internationalization and the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality.
