摘要

湖南省肿瘤医院立足专科特色,探索建立以患者为中心的具有肿瘤专科特色的安宁疗护病房。现将该院安宁疗护病房的管理模式、照护核心内容、多学科团队建设、照护质量标准建设、服务模式创新等经验进行分享。

Abstract

Hunan Cancer Hospital established a patient-centered hospice care ward based on cancer specialty. This paper shared our experiences of ward management pattern,core care contents,multidisciplinary team establishment,quality of service,and innovation of service model.
