目的 探讨伤口敷料手册在压力性损伤联络护士培训中的效果。方法 2016年12月—2018年4月,便利选取某院123名压力性损伤联络护士为培训对象。采用文献检索、专家会议等方法编制伤口敷料手册,并将其应用于压力性损伤联络护士培训中,理论培训采用讲座的形式讲解敷料特性、适用范围等,操作培训采用工作坊形式指导伤口敷料的合理选择及操作手法等。分别于培训前、培训后、培训后1年进行压力性损伤护理知识考核和伤口敷料操作考核。结果 培训后123名压力性损伤联络护士的压力性损伤护理知识考核成绩（47.05±5.09）高于培训前成绩（28.16±6.59）和培训1年后成绩（39.26±6.02）,三者比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。培训后123名压力性损伤联络护士的伤口敷料操作考核合格率（82.1%）高于培训前（32.5%）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）,但与培训1年后（80.5%）比较,差异无统计学意义（P=0.744）。结论 伤口敷料手册在压力性损伤联络护士培训中应用效果良好,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of the handbook of wound dressings in the training of pressure ulcer liaison nurses. Methods From December 2016 to April 2018,totally 123 pressure ulcer liaison nurses in a hospital were recruited.The handbook was developed through literature search and expert meeting and it was used for the training of pressure ulcer nurses. The theoretical training was conducted in the form of lectures to explain the characteristics and application scope of wound dressings.Workshops was used to guide the reasonable selection of wound dressings and operation techniques. Before training,after training and one year after training,the knowledge and skills of pressure ulcer nursing were assessed. Results After the training,the scores of theoretical knowledge of nurses（47.05±5.09） were higher than those before training（28.16±6.59） and one year after training（39.26±6.02）（P<0.01）. After the training,the qualified rate of skills of nurses（82.1%）was higher than that before training（32.5%）（P<0.01） and one year after training（80.5%）（P=0.744）. Conclusion The effect of the handbook of wound dressings in the training of pressure ulcer liaison nurses is good,which is worthy of promotion.
