摘要

该文阐述了“大班授课、临床小班研讨”在护理管理学课程教学中的应用,该教学方法将以往单一的课堂教学转变为理论授课与临床相结合进行教学活动,充分调动了学生的学习积极性,有效提高了护理管理学课程的教学效果。

Abstract

This article described our practice of “teaching in class and discussing in small groups” in the course of Nursing Management. Such a teaching reform changed the single classroom teaching into the combination of classroom teaching and clinical placements. We believed the teaching reform can increase students’ learning enthusiasm and improve the teaching effects.
