山东省千佛山医院以申报专科护士京外临床教学基地为契机,运用生产企业全面质量管理中的“人、机、料、法、环”管理模式筹建口腔专科护士培训基地,包括师资及学员、设备、材料、方法、环境5个方面,旨在培养口腔科普通护士及专科护士。目前该基地建设通过了京外培训基地的初审,但因硬件设施不足复审未通过。现总结基地建设及参与评选过程中的经验与反思,为其他医疗机构建设口腔专科护士培训基地提供参考。

This paper introduced the practice and experience of establishment of stomatology specialty nurses training base in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital. The base was developed by the “4M1E” model（man,machine,material,method,environment） which is used for quality management in business. Contents of the base establishment included trainers and trainees,equipment,material,method,and environment aiming to cultivate the general nurses and specialty nurses. At present,the base has passed the preliminary assessment. However,it failed to pass the second assessment due to insufficient hard facilities. This paper summarizes the experience and reflections during the base establishment to provide reference for other medical institutions to build specialty nurses training bases.
