摘要

目的 探讨OSCE在评价重庆市中医专科护士辨证施护能力的应用方法及效果。方法 选取重庆市中医专科护士培训班177名学员,应用OSCE评价其辨证施护能力。结果 OSCE平均难度为0.8,平均区分度为0.6;177名学员考核成绩为（81.3±9.7）分;96.6%（171/177）的学员和94.4%（34/36）的考官认为OSCE有助于评价中医专科护士的辨证施护能力。结论 OSCE难度合理,区分度较好,能有效评价中医专科护士的辨证施护能力。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of objective structured clinical examination（OSCE） on ability of syndrome differ nursing of TCM specialty nurses. Methods The OSCE was carried out in 177 TCM specialty nurses in Chongqing. Results The average score of OSCE difficulty was 0.8 and the average differentiation degree was 0.6. The average examination score of 177 candidates was 81.3±9.7. 96.6% of the nurses and 94.4% of the examiners believed that the OSCE could scientifically evaluate the ability of TCM nurses on syndrome differ nursing. Conclusion OSCE has reasonable difficulty level and good differentiation degree. It can evaluate the syndrome differ ability of TCM specialty nurses effectively.
