目的 探究巴林特小组活动提升护士人文关怀能力的效果。方法 通过自主报名方式招募91名护士参加人文关怀能力培训,采用抽签法将其随机分为对照组55名和试验组36名。对照组参加6次医院组织的人文关怀主题讲座,持续1年时间;试验组在对照组的基础上每季度增加1次巴林特小组活动。比较两组培训前、培训半年和培训1年后的人文关怀能力、共情能力和情绪智力。结果 关怀能力量表、Jefferson共情量表及情绪智力量表得分组间与时间均存在交互效应（F_交互=26.403、88.817、90.085,均P<0.001）,简单效应分析显示,试验组培训半年和培训1年后的关怀能力量表、Jefferson共情量表及情绪智力量表得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 巴林特小组活动能够有效提升护士的人文关怀能力、共情能力及情绪智力。

Objective To explore the effects of Balint group on improving nurses’ humanistic care ability. Methods A total of 91 nurses were recruited to participate in the training of humanistic care ability. They were randomly divided into the control group（55 cases）and the experimental group（36 cases）by drawing lots. Nurses in the control group participated in six lectures organized by the hospital for one year. Nurses in the experimental group received Balint group activities once a quarter besides the regular lectures. The humanistic care ability,empathy ability and emotional intelligence of the two groups before the training,the training for half one year and the training for one year were compared. Results The scores of Caring Ability Scale,Jefferson Empathy Scale and Emotional Intelligence Scale had interaction effects between groups and time（F_interaction=26.403,88.817,90.085,all P<0.001）. The simple effect analysis showed that the scores of Caring Ability Scale,Jefferson Empathy Scale and Emotional Intelligence Scale of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group of the training for half one year and one year（P<0.05）。Conclusion Balint group activities can effectively improve nurses’ humanistic care ability,empathy ability and emtional intelligence.
