目的 构建本科学历新入职护士临床轮转期间全过程考核评价体系。方法 通过文献回顾、专家小组讨论初步拟定指标条目,采用德尔菲法,选取从事临床护理（带教）工作、护理管理工作、护理教育工作等领域符合纳入标准的18名专家,进行2轮专家函询。结果 2轮专家函询问卷回收率分别为90%和100%,2轮专家权威系数均为0.886,2轮专家函询Kendall’s W值分别为0.213和0.210（均P<0.05）。最终形成新入职护士轮转考核评价体系包含一级指标8项,二级指标29项,并对考核方式、工具及时机给出建议。结论 本研究构建的本科学历新入职护士临床轮转考核评价体系,具有一定的可靠性、科学性、实用性,可为新入职护士培训、临床实践综合能力评价提供工具,为管理者培训和选拔人才提供参考。

Objective To develop a clinical rotation evaluation system for nurses undergoing standardized training. Methods Through literature review and expert group discussion,the preliminary items were designed. By using the Delphi method,18 experts in the field of clinical nursing（teaching）,nursing management,and nursing education were selected and two rounds of expert letter consultation were consulted. Results The recovery rates of the 2 rounds consultation were 90% and 100%,respectively. The Cr was 0.886,and the Kendall’s W were 0.213 and 0.210 respectively（all P<0.05）. The final clinical rotation evaluation system for nurses included 8 first-level indicators and 29 second-level indicators. Besides,suggestions on assessment methods,tools and timing were all proposed. Conclusion The clinical rotation evaluation system is reliable,scientific and practical,which can provide a tool for clinical comprehensive ability assessment for nurses undergoing standardized training and provides reference for managers to train and select talents.
