摘要

该文介绍了国内外临床护理创新能力的定义、影响因素、相关理论、评价工具及培养方式,总结了临床护理创新能力相关研究及应用中存在的问题,并结合国外经验、临床实践提出建议,为我国临床护理人员创新能力的提升提供参考。

Abstract

This paper introduced the definition,influencing factors,related theories,evaluation instrument and cultivate methods of nursing innovation competence at home and abroad. Problems were summarized in the research and application of nursing innovation competence.Suggestions were proposed considering the foreign experience and clinical practice,so as to provide reference for the improvement of nursing innovation competence in China.
