摘要

该文介绍了苏州卫生职业技术学院以贯彻落实教育部《高等职业学校护理专业教学标准》为契机,以护理岗位需求为导向,以学生为中心,构建医教协同三体式机制,实施实践教学改革,创新护理人文素质培养体系,搭建信息化教学平台,实施具有本校特色的护理人才培养模式。

Abstract

This paper introduced how Suzhou Vocational Health College did the teaching reform in nursing when implementing the “Teaching Standards for Nursing Major in Higher Vocational Colleges” set by the Ministry of Educaiton. Based on the clinical requirements and students’ needs,the college developed the medicine and education collaboration system,implemented the teaching reform,innovated the cultivation system of nursing humanity,and built the information platform.
