Practice and effect analysis of the psychiatric nursing management under magnetic hospital culture
目的 借鉴磁性医院理念,开展磁性专科医院创建活动,促进精神卫生专科医院优质护理服务的可持续发展。 方法 从提升护理管理、优化工作环境、增强护理专业能力、提高患者满意度方面实施为期2年的精神专科医院创建活动,采用护士磁性要素量表Ⅱ、护士工作满意度量表、患者满意度调查问卷进行效果评价。 结果 磁性病房创建活动实施后,护士磁性要素量表得分、护士工作满意度及患者满意度高于实施前(P<0.05)。 结论 基于磁性管理理念的优质护理服务,有效提升了护士对磁性护理工作环境的评价,提高了护理工作满意度和患者满意度。

Objective To draw lessons from the management concept of magnetic hospitals,carry out activities to create magnetic wards,and promote the sustainable development of high-quality nursing services in mental health specialist hospitals. Methods From the aspects of improving nursing management,optimizing working environment,enhancing nursing professional ability,and improving patient satisfaction,a two-year “magnetic ward” creation activity was implemented. Essentials of Magnetism ToolⅡ,McClosky Mueller Satisfaction Scale and Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire were used to evaluate the effects. Results After the implementation of the magnetic ward creation activity,the scores of the Essentials of Magnetism Tool,McClosky Mueller Satisfaction Scale and Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire were higher than before the implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion The high-quality nursing service based on the concept of magnetic management has effectively improved the nurse’s evaluation of the magnetic nursing work environment and nursing job satisfaction,and improved patient satisfaction.
