Development of a “hospital-school-student” management platform for clinical teaching

A teaching hospital developed a “hospital-school-student” management platform for clinical teaching based on the analysis of needs. Four modules including nursing interns,clinical instructors,school instructors and administrator were set up. The advantages and limitations of the platform were analyzed. Suggestions were made for further platform improvement. Implication was summarized for changing the clinical teaching mode.
