摘要

脊髓损伤是一种严重致残性疾病,患者出院时遗留不同程度健康问题,有较高延续护理需求。该文从延续护理需求的主要类型、评估工具、满足需求障碍等方面进行综述,以期为进一步开展临床相关研究,制订合理化延续护理方案提供参考。
