专业群建设是卫生职业教育“双高”建设工作的关键,是卫生职业院校提高人才培养质量,提升社会服务水平和贡献度的着力点,是进一步密切“校院合作、医教协同”的机制建设载体。天津医学高等专科学校以高职护理专业集群式发展内涵和组群逻辑为基础,在“产教融合”平台搭建、人才培养模式创新、课程体系改革、双师队伍能力提升、教材改革建设、“1+X”技能等级证书制度推进、国际化水平提升等方面进行探索实践,以提升高职护理专业群建设水平。

The construction of major cluster is the key of the “double high” development of health vocational education,the focus to improve the quality of talent cultivation and improve the level of social services and contributions. It is also the facilitator to strengthen the school-hospital cooperation and teaching collaboration. Based on the features of higher vocational nursing profession development,Tianjin Medical College proposed the following measures to improve the level of nursing major cluster including platform building of production and education,innovation of the model of talents cultivation,curriculum system reform and innovation,improving ability of “Double-qualified Teachers”,teaching materials reform,certification system of the “1+X” skill level,and improving international level.
