我国卒中专科护士培养现状

摘要

该文通过介绍卒中专科护士的起源,总结国内卒中专科护士的准入条件、培训方式和时间、内容、考核形式、师资及培训基地建设情况,结合我国国情,对卒中专科护士培养提出建议,要明确卒中专科护士的角色和培养定位,完善准入制度,构建基于核心能力的整体课程体系,成立卒中培训组织管理机构监管培训相关工作,建立和规范卒中专科护士的培养体系,从而提高卒中专科护理质量。
