为充分发挥专科护士在临床护理工作中的引领作用,我院在41名省级专科护士的培养与使用上采取系列措施,包括培训前签订专科护士培训协议;制订选拔、培养使用、管理办法;开设护理门诊、护理会诊等多种形式增进专科护士的岗位胜任力,充分发挥其在专业领域的作用,从而提升医院的临床护理质量和教学、科研水平。

To make specialty nurses play a leading role in clinical settings,our hospital developed a series of methods for cultivation and use of these nurses. These methods included signing an training agreement,making detailed methods to choose,cultivate and manage the nurses,setting up outpatient clinics run by the specialty nurses,and starting consultations of nurses. By all these ways,the post competence of specialty nurses was improved. Nurses can play a leading role in their specialty area and thus improve the quality level of nursing as well as the scientific research level.
