目的 探讨复盘行动在新入职护士沟通能力培训中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2016年新入职护士（109名）作为试验组,采用复盘行动进行沟通能力培训;选取2015年新入职护士（131名）作为对照组,采用传统带教模式进行沟通能力培训。护士入职1年后,从护患沟通不良事件、新入职护士的护患沟通能力2方面进行评价。结果 试验组护患沟通不良事件数量少于对照组;试验组护患沟通能力高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 应用复盘行动可促进护士发现思维盲区,提高新入职护士的沟通交流能力,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of recovery action on community ability of new nurses. Methods A total of 109 new nurses in our hospital recruited in 2016 were selected and assigned to the experimental group. Recovery action was used to train the communication ability of nurses in the experimental group. Another 131 new nurses recruited in 2015 were selected and assigned to the control group. Traditional training method was used in the control group. One year after their recruitment,the adverse events of nurse-patient communication and the communication ability of new nurses were evaluated. Results The communication ability of nurses in the experimental group was better than that of the nurses in the control group（P<0.05）;the adverse events in the experimental group were less than those in the control group. Conclusion Recovery action can help nurses identify their gaps of thinking areas and significantly improve their communication abilities.
