摘要

目的 探讨高仿真模拟教学在新入职护士急救能力培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年208名新入职护士作为研究对象,开展基于临床真实急救案例(喘息发作患儿的护理案例)的高仿真模拟教学培训。培训结束后使用模拟设计量表、模拟教学实践量表、学习满意度和自信心量表进行评价,并收集新入职护士培训的感受和建议。结果 培训后,208名新入职护士模拟教学操作考核综合表现得分为(89.67±4.39)分,合格率为100%。新入职护士的模拟设计量表得分为95.5(80,100)分;模拟教学实践量表得分为79(67,80)分;满意度子量表得分为20(20,25)分,自信心子量表得分为32(32,36)分。结论 高仿真模拟教学在新入职护士急救能力培训中的应用效果良好,有助于培养新入职护士急救的应对能力,是一种有效的培训方式。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of high simulation teaching in the first aid ability training of new nurses.Methods A total of 208 new nurses in 2019 were selected to carry out high simulation teaching training based on clinical real cases(children with wheezing attack). After the training,Simulation Design Scale (SDS),Educational Practices in Simulation Scale(EPSS),Student Satisfaction and Self-confidence in Learning(SSS) were used to evaluate the training effects,and the feelings and suggestions of the new nurses were collected. Results After the training,the comprehensive score of 208 new nurses was(89.67±4.39),and the qualified rate was 100%. The scores of SDS,EPSS and SSS were 95.5(80,100),79(67,80),20(20,25),32(32,36) respectively. Conclusion The application of high simulation teaching in the training of the first aid ability of new nurses is effective,which is helpful to cultivate the first aid ability of new nurses.
