摘要

目的 探讨在健康评估课程中以提升能力为导向的教学改革对护理专业本科生沟通能力的影响。方法 对健康评估课程进行教学改革并在2017级129名护理本科生(试验组)中进行教学实践。教学改革主要包括:基于学生思维特征分组,在教学中应用标准化病人,学生以小组为单位采用“身份-现状-背景-评估-建议”专业沟通评价量规收集、传递病人信息。在教学后,应用职业素养评估问卷评价学生的沟通能力,以教学改革前的2016级86名护理本科生为对照组进行比较。结果 试验组职业素养评估得分为(4.80±0.28)分,对照组得分为(4.37±0.49)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.121,P<0.001)。结论 以提升能力为导向的课程教学改革对学生护患和跨专业团队沟通能力起到积极作用。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effects of an ability-oriented teaching reform on nursing student's communication abilities in Health Assessment. Methods The teaching reform was conducted in 129 undergraduate students of grade 2017. Contents of the teaching reform included grouping students based on their thinking characteristics,standardized patient teaching,and case study through ISBAR tool. The communication ability was measured using Professionalism Assessment Questionnaire(PAQ) and compared with that of students in grade 2016.Results The score of PAQ in the experimental group(4.80±0.28) was significantly higher than that in the control group(4.37±0.49,t=9.121,P<0.001). Conclusion Teaching reform of health assessment based on ability has a positive influence on building nursing students' nurse-patient and interprofessional communication abilities.
