目的 调查护理实习生医院关怀氛围感知与临床沟通能力状况,分析二者的相关性。 方法 采用便利抽样法抽取正在临床实习的654名护理专业学生,采用医院关怀氛围感知量表和临床沟通能力测评量表进行调查。 结果 护理实习生医院关怀氛围感知量表总均分为（4.07±0.75）分,其中带教教师给予自己的关怀感知维度得分最低为（3.96±0.95）分;临床沟通能力测评量表整体得分为（3.09±0.38）分,护理实习生医院关怀氛围感知与临床沟通能力呈中度正相关（r=0.526,P<0.05）。 结论 护理实习生的医院关怀氛围感知与临床沟通能力均属于中等偏上水平,应重视对护理实习生的医院关怀,提升护理实习生沟通能力。

Objective To investigate and analyze the status of hospital care atmosphere perception and clinical communication competence among nursing interns,and to explore their correlations. Methods A total of 654 nursing students in clinical practice were investigated with the questionnaire of Nursing Students' Perception of Hospital Caring Environment Scale and Clinical Communication Competence Scale. Results The total score of nursing interns' perception of hospital caring environment was（4.07±0.75）,among which the lowest score was the dimension of caring perception given by teachers（3.96±0.95）. The overall score of clinical communication competence was（3.09±0.38）. There was a positive correlation between nursing interns' perception of hospital caring environment perception and clinical communication competence（r=0.526,P<0.05）. Conclusion The perception of nursing interns' perception of hospital caring environment and their clinical communication competence were all above average level. Paying attention to the hospital care of nursing interns is helpful to improve their communication competence.
