为实现人才培养目标,达到预期学习效果,湖南师范大学医学院将成果导向教育理论引入护理专业教学改革中,反向设计,即通过社会需求确定培养目标,重构课程体系,优化教学内容,组建教学平台,构建评价体系。通过积极探索教学改革,为护理专业人才培养模式提供理论依据和实践经验。

Chinese nursing education is moving towards the stage of international integration,and results-oriented education（OBE） is the key step. To achieve the goal of students training and the expected learning effects,Human Normal University Medical College introduced the OBE theory into the teaching reform of nursing specialty. The design is to determine the training goals through social needs,restructure the curriculum system,optimize the teaching content,establish a teaching platform and build up an evaluation system. By actively teaching reforms,it provides theoretical basis and practical experience for the training mode of nursing professionals.
