目的 系统评价护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践体验的质性研究,为临床护理教学方案的制订提供依据。 方法 全面检索数据库,收集护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践期间体验的质性研究,文献质量评价后,采用Meta整合方法对结果进行归纳与分析。 结果 共纳入13项研究,提炼出44个明确的研究结果,将相似结果归纳组合形成6个新的类别,并综合成3个整合结果：研究生从临床实践中获益的同时也感到躯体、心理的疲惫;资深带教教师的积极作用;临床实践教学安排及考核标准均需进一步完善。 结论 护理教育者应加强对护理硕士专业学位研究生的身心健康教育,制订个性化临床实践计划、细化临床实践考核标准,为护理教育者提供明确指向。

Objective To systematically evaluate the qualitative research of clinical practice experience of postgraduates with master of nursing specialist,so as to provide basis for the formulation of clinical nursing teaching program. Methods The data base was searched comprehensively by computer,and the qualitative research was collected during the clinical practice of postgraduates majoring in nursing. After evaluation of the literature quality,meta integration method was used to integrate the results. Results A total of 13 studies were included,44 clear research results were extracted,and the similar results were summed up and combined into 6 new categories,and integrated into 3 results：graduate students benefited from clinical practice,but also felt physical and psychological fatigue;the positive role of senior teachers;clinical practice teaching arrangements and assessment standards need to be further improved. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the physical and mental health education of nursing educators for postgraduates of nursing master’s degree,make individualized clinical practice plan,refine clinical practice assessment standards,and provide clear direction for nursing educators.
