目的 构建并实施中医护理骨干人才培训方案,评价其培训效果。 方法 根据培训要求构建中医护理培训方案,选取浙江省39所医疗机构的55名临床护士,开展为期6个月的理论培训和4个月的临床实践。 结果 所有学员均顺利通过考核,结业成绩为（90.16±2.17）分;培训满意率达96%,培训后1年开展中医护理临床实践项目的学员人数由高到低依次为：主导开展中医护理适宜技术（55名）、开展中医护理讲座（52名）、开展中医护理查房（48名）、开展中医护理会诊（39名）、开展中医护理门诊（33名）。 结论 中医护理骨干人才培训方案适用性强,培训成效显著。

Objective To develop a training program for nurses of the Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） and to evaluate the program effects. Methods According to the training requirements,a Chinese medicine nursing training program was developed. Fifty-five clinical nurses from 39 medical institutions in Zhejiang Province were selected. The training program included 6-month theoretical training and 4-month clinical practice. Results All nurses passed the assessment and average score of the assessment was 90.16±2.17. The training satisfaction rate reached 96%. The number of nurses who initiated the clinical practice one year after training was as follows：55 for TCM Technology,52 for TCM nursing lectures,48 for TCM nursing round,39 for TCM nursing consultation,and 33 for TCM outpatient nursing clinics. Conclusion The training program for nurses of TCM is applicable and the effects are remarkable.
