为了更好地培养学生的实践能力、创新能力和临床综合思维能力，学院以自治区级实验教学示范中心及自治区紧缺人才专业建设为契机，以培养高素质应用型护理人才为核心，从转变实验教学理念、加大实验教学投入、推进实验教学模式的改革、完善管理体制和运行机制、加强实验教师队伍建设等方面开展护理实验教学中心的建设。通过两年的建设，实验中心在教学、科研、人才培养和社会服务等方面取得了初步成效。

 In order to cultivate nursing students’ practical competence，innovation ability and comprehensive clinical thinking，an experimental teaching center was constructed as the core of training high-quality practical nursing talents. The measures included changing the philosophy of experimental teaching，increasing funds on experimental teaching，innovating the experimental teaching mode，improving management system and strengthening team building of experimental personnel. After two years of practice，the experimental teaching center has achieved preliminary effects in teaching，research and social services.
