护理本科生情绪管理能力的调查研究

A survey of emotion management ability among undergraduate nursing students

摘要:

目的 调查护理本科生情绪管理能力现状,为护理教育者开展情绪管理辅导提供参考。方法 采用一般资料调查问卷、大学生情绪管理能力问卷对上海中医药大学全体2014~2017级共457名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果 护理本科生情绪管理能力总问卷均分为(3.81±0.48)分,学生是否为班干部、学习成绩、父母教养方式、父亲职业、家庭经济状况、月生活费的不同,其情绪管理能力得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理本科生情绪管理能力总体水平较好,护理教育工作者应采取积极有效的应对措施以提高学生的情绪管理能力。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the emotion management ability among undergraduate nursing students. Methods Five hundred and twenty-six undergraduate nursing students from year one to year four in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were conveniently sampled and were investigated with questionnaires of general information and the College Students’ Emotion Management Ability Questionnaire. Results The mean score of emotion management ability among undergraduate nursing students was 3.81±0.48. Students’ emotion management ability was related to academic performance,parenting style,father’s occupation,family financial situation,monthly living expense and whether they were student group leader or not. Conclusion In general,the emotion management ability of students is good. Nursing educators should take positive and effective measures to improve students’ emotional management ability.
