Practice of evidence-based education ecological environment to promote the development of nursing students

摘要:

环境是一种影响人、塑造人的综合教育力量。基于生态学视角、I-E-O(Input输入-Enviroment环境-Outcome输出)概念框架,循证护理团队构建了覆盖护理专业人才培养全过程(从入学到毕业)、全方位(从第一课堂各环节到第二课堂各类活动)的循证教育生态环境,包括物理、课堂和实践生态环境,使学生完全浸润于具有浓郁循证意蕴的教育生态环境,在提高学生循证能力的同时,促进学生科研思维、创新能力、职业认同和综合素养发展。该文介绍循证教育生态环境的设计、实施及成效,旨在为提升环境育人成效提供一定的参考。

Abstract:

Environment is a comprehensive educational power that influences and shapes personal. Based on the ecological perspective,I-E-O(Input-Environment-Outcome) conceptual framework,the evidence-based nursing team has built an evidence-based education ecological environment for the whole process of nursing professional talent training(from enrollment to graduation) and all-round(from all aspects of the first class to various activities in the second class),including physical ecological environment,classroom ecological environment and practical ecological environment. It enables students to fully immerse in the educational ecological environment with strong “evidence-based” atmosphere,and realize the all-round development effects in evidence-based ability,scientific research thinking,innovation ability,professional identity,and comprehensive literacy. Focusing on evidence-based education ecological environment’s design,paths,effects and so on,this paper aims to provide reference for enhancing the effect of environmental education in nurturing talent.
