养老机构老年高血压患者益处发现及影响因素研究

摘要：

目的了解成都市养老机构老年高血压患者益处发现的现状水平，并分析其影响因素。方法于2022年5月—6月便利抽取成都市市区的4所养老机构的330例老年高血压患者，使用一般资料调查表、老年慢性病患者益处发现问卷、一般自我效能感量表进行调查。结果养老机构老年高血压患者益处发现得分为63.00（60.00，69.00）分，自我效能得分为20.00（18.00，23.00）分。多元线性回归分析结果显示，受教育程度、每月退休金、体育锻炼、血压控制情况、自我效能是养老机构高血压患者益处发现的影响因素，可解释总变异的76.2%。结论养老机构老年高血压患者的益处发现处于中等偏低水平，还有待进一步提高，相关照护者应引导患者关注疾病的积极意义，开展针对性的干预措施，以促进其益处发现水平的提高。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the current situation and explore factors influencing the benefit finding of patients with hypertension in Chengdu’s pension institutions. Methods From May to June，2022，a total of 330 elderly patients with hypertension were recruited in nursing homes. General Information Questionnaire，the Elderly Chronic Disease Patient Benefit Finding Questionnaire，General Self-Efficacy were employed for the survey. Results The score for the patient benefit finding was 63.00（60.00，69.00） and the self-efficacy score was 20.00（18.00， 23.00）. The results of multiple linear regression analysis could explain 76.2% of the total variance. The influencing factors of benefit finding included educational level，monthly pension，physical exercise，blood pressure control，and self-efficacy. Conclusion The level of benefit finding in elderly patients with hypertension is low to moderate，which needs to be further improved. Relevant caregivers should actively guide patients to pay attention to the positive significance of the disease and carry out targeted interventions to promote the level of benefit finding.
