慢性病患者及其照顾者二元症状评价研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

二元症状评价是指患者及其照顾者对异常的身体、情绪或认知状态的共同评价，聚焦二者对于症状评价的一致性和差异。该文综述二元症状评价的概念、相关理论，以及慢性病患者及其照顾者二元症状评价内容和影响因素，为开展该人群的二元症状管理及干预提供依据。

Abstract:

The dyadic symptom evaluation refers to the common evaluation from physical，emotional，and cognitive conditions made by patients and their caregivers，which focuses on the consistencies and discrepancies of symptom evaluation between patients and their caregivers. This paper summarized the concepts，related theoretical models，contents and influencing factors of dyadic symptom evaluation. It aims to provide references for development of dyadic symptom management and dyadic intervention programs for patients with chronic diseases and their caregivers.
